Drafting and Reviewing of Contracts Department

In the scope of drafting and reviewing all forms of contracts, whether national or global contracts, the in-house counsels have to compare all provisions stipulated in the contracts with articles and texts of domestic laws, and to categorize them according to the arrest of practice of law. In-house Counsels take into consideration the various aspects of interests of our selective clients during study and refute of the provisions of the contracts.

In-house Counsels refer, in this context, to templates and international guidelines, namely FEDIC, with its different issuing copies, concerned with contracts (e.g., Construction, Investment, Purchase, Sale, Franchise, Supply, Emolument, Partnership, and Brokerage.).Furthermore, their awareness of domestic law texts, as a diversity of resources, enriches the research mechanism.
